I teased about this video for a while over on Twitter. Now I finally forced myself to finish this video about this Semi-Brawling Vexor Navy Issue.
Would I fly it again? Possibly. But it depends on the context. It’s certainly not the best ship if you expect to get on a busy grid. It’s not fast enough for it. And I really hate the module-lag and wacky behavior of my drones in Pochven. Flying around in this VNI reminded me again that Drone Boats are really not great for kiting, and nothing is as reliable as a rack of guns or launchers, even.
Of course, rewatching these fights over and over while cutting the video, you identify manyfold mistakes. That one Deimos for example: It had a long point, not a scram. I could have tried to lunge after that Crow… If I had played that better, and overrepped less, managed heat a bit better, then I might have just gotten away. Maybe next time.
