You can ninja-hack c5 Sleeper Data/Relic Sites with a correctly fitted Stratios for ~300mil ISK very well. Erstschlag has proven this live on stream.
This made me wonder if it could be done on a smaller, cheaper scale as well. Maybe even entry level. You know that feeling when your brain starts working on a problem while you do other things like household tasks in the background? This was such an occasion.
Since cheap was a mandatory for the idea to be viable, I chose a Magnate as test-subject. It has the most low-slots for a solid armor-tank and enough mid-slots and the drone bay to maybe get the job done.
Eventually, my brain came up with the following fitting for ~10m ISK. In theory, a single successfully ran site should already return your investment.

Researching what might be the optimal site to test this in I had a closer look at Rykki’s Guides: Wormhole PvE (v. 1.19). I would go for the Forgotten Perimeter Power Array for the test-run.
The fact that only two cruisers are shooting at your little Magnate makes this absolutely possible. What also helps a lot is that these two NPCs don’t use any form of E-War. Very nice of them. You just orbit the cans close enough, which is within your range of your hacking module, and have your afterburner and armor repper running while you hack. That’s really it.
But, there is a but: The sites are only available in C1 wormholes and their supply is limited. As a result I could only test this in a single site. But if you are out and about and want to clear this site without spending time shooting things, you now know how you could do them with this little ship.
I did test this on my main character, which has quite a few skill points. But I’m confident you can do it with an Alpha character as well, if you have solid armor and capacitor skills.
There are two more Sleeper Sites that might be possible to run with the fit, but I did not get around to test them:
- Forgotten Perimeter Power Array (Relic Site), which only has three frigates that only do damage but also no E-War.
- Unsecured Perimeter Amplifier (Data Site, switch to a Data Anylzer or defeat the purpose and bring a Faction Analyzer worth multiple times your ship). This site also has only three frigates and again, no E-War.
